What is your refund and return policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after order date, if the item is unused and in its original condition and not a Final Sale item.

When do I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the continental United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, Canada and the UK.

Can you do an exchange for an item I purchased from another store?

We can only do returns or refunds for PARFAIT items purchased directly from us through our online store.

Can I do an exchange for a different size?

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate USPS shipping for $7.99 for all continental US orders. $12.99 for Hawaii/Alaska.

How long does shipping take?

We ship via USPS and your order should arrive within 3-5 business days in continental U.S., 7-10 business days in Hawaii/Alaska after placing your order. We also offer expedited 2-3 business day shipping for $14.99 in continental U.S. and expedited 3

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited 2-3 business day shipping for $14.99 to continental U.S and 3-5 business day shipping for $19.99 to Hawaii/Alaska, this rate is available to all orders, except Canada orders.
