What is your refund and return policy?Updated 2 months ago

We accept returns up to 30 days after order date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full item cost. When you opt-in free returns coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE. If you decide not to buy the returns coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Initial shipping charges, if any are not refundable. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Sale Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you receive a free promotional product as part of your purchase, the free item must also be returned.

Canada Order Returns: Orders will be charged a CAD $14.95 fee for returns.
UK Order Returns: Orders will be charged for full return shipping cost.
